Schedule Report

The Schedule Report provides a list of all scheduled follow-ups for an individual user. The loans are displayed on the report in the order in which they are presented for work.

Access to this report is controlled through administrator-defined Security Profiles.

The report is generated with the following filters.

Follow-up Date From

Use the calendar icon to select the start date of the range to include in the report. By default, NULL is selected to include all dates in the report results.

Follow-up Date To

Use the calendar icon to select the end date of the range to include in the report. By default, the current date is selected.

Select the NULL check box to include any follow-up date in the report results.

User

From the drop-down, select all users or specific users to include in the report results. Each User ID configured in the system is listed along with the user's first and last name. If this report is generated for more than one user, accounts scheduled for follow-up by all selected users are displayed in their order of priority.

Some users may be restricted to selecting their own schedule, as determined by their administrator-defined Security Profile.

Change any of the filters and click View Report to regenerate the report using the new parameters.

If two accounts have the same Priority List, Priority Order and Follow-up Date, the account with the highest Priority Amount is presented to be worked first. This value is set in the download.
